Engagement Models

Flexible ways of working across implementation, integration, and testing – aligned to your internal capacity, timelines, and governance needs.

How We Work

We operate as a pragmatic delivery partner. Some clients need end-to-end ownership of a Dynamics 365 programme; others need focused help on integration, testing, or specific workstreams. Our engagement models are designed to flex to those realities while keeping structure, documentation, and quality at the core.

Every engagement starts with clarity – around scope, ownership, risks, and outcomes. From there, we shape a delivery approach that fits your environment, whether that is project-based, team-augmentation, independent QA, or managed support.

Typical Scope Areas

  • D365 F&O and CRM implementations or upgrades
  • Power Platform apps and workflow automation
  • Azure-based integrations and logging
  • Independent testing and QA across systems
  • Operational support and continuous improvement

Core Engagement Models

Project-Based Delivery

End-to-end responsibility for a defined set of outcomes across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure integrations.

  • Clearly scoped deliverables and timelines
  • Solution design, build, and handover
  • Agreed governance, reporting, and sign-offs

Testing & QA Engagements

Independent or embedded QA services for D365, Power Platform, and broader software estates.

  • Standalone test cycles for projects or releases
  • Independent QA alongside your implementation partner
  • Continuous regression packs and UAT support

Extended Team / Staff Augmentation

Add specific Dynamics, integration, or QA capacity to your existing team for a defined duration.

  • Remote specialists embedded with your team
  • Role-based allocations (F&O, CRM, integration, QA)
  • Flexible ramp-up / ramp-down options

Managed Support & Improvement

Structured support and enhancement services to keep your Dynamics and integration landscape stable and evolving.

  • Incident triage and resolution
  • Planned small enhancements and optimisation
  • Periodic health checks and summary reporting

How Testing & QA Engagements Work

Testing is a first-class service line for us, not an afterthought. We support clients who may already have an implementation partner or internal team, but require independent QA to protect their business processes and production environments.

Engagements can range from single-release cycles to long-running regression support, always structured around risk, coverage, and clear reporting rather than a generic test checklist.

Typical Testing Engagement Patterns

  • Project QA: Test planning, execution, and reporting for a specific implementation or rollout.
  • Independent QA: Separate test team validating work delivered by another vendor.
  • Release-based QA: Regression and UAT support aligned to your monthly/quarterly releases.
  • Test asset creation: Building reusable test packs, scripts, and regression suites.
  • Targeted automation: UI/API automation where the business case is clear and sustainable.

Typical Engagement Flow

1. Discovery & Scope

Understand your environment, objectives, constraints, and timelines. Agree on boundary, roles, and initial priorities.

2. Approach & Plan

Define the delivery or QA approach, plan iterations and checkpoints, and confirm success criteria and reporting cadence.

3. Execute & Iterate

Deliver in structured cycles – building, integrating, or testing – with regular demos, triage sessions, and adjustments where needed.

4. Handover & Support

Provide documentation, test assets, and runbooks. Agree on support or follow-on engagement for post go-live or future releases.
